🎯 Role Objective
To create strong brand positioning, increase engagement, generate quality leads, and drive measurable revenue growth through organic and paid social media strategies.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Develop complete brand-building strategies for clients across social platforms.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand voice and audience targeting.
- Plan and execute high-performing ad campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Handle audience research, competitor analysis, and market positioning.
- Optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Monitor analytics, generate detailed performance reports, and improve results continuously.
- Manage community engagement, brand communication, and reputation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for high-quality creatives.
🧠 Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of brand positioning and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns and budget management.
- Deep knowledge of audience targeting, funnel strategy, and retargeting.
- Ability to scale brands from scratch to performance-driven growth.
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
