📣 Hiring: Social Media Manager | The Green Hype (TGH)
📍 Jaipur | Full-time | ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month
We're The Green Hype — a Jaipur-based creative agency. We work with brands across EdTech, study abroad, QSR, and sports, and we're looking for a Social Media Manager who owns their work, not just executes it.
The role:
You'll manage social media strategy and execution for multiple clients. Writing, planning, briefing, and analysing — not just scheduling posts.
Responsibilities:
→ Monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
→ Write captions, hooks, and scripts for video and static content
→ Brief the creative team and ensure on-time delivery
→ Monitor analytics and make data-informed decisions
→ Stay ahead of platform trends
→ Client coordination and feedback management
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years in social media management (agency experience preferred)
✅ Strong copywriting — English and Hinglish
✅ Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio
✅ Can handle multiple clients without dropping the ball
✅ Proactive, accountable, and communicates well on calls
