Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Executive role based in New Delhi.
As Rajdhani Polymers is at the beginning of its digital journey, this role offers a unique opportunity to take complete ownership of Rajdhani Polymers' social media presence from strategy and content creation to execution and growth and help build the company's digital identity from the ground up. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram, to increase brand awareness, engagement, and support the company's long-term marketing objectives.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing LinkedIn and Instagram campaigns and organic content strategies.
- Creating engaging graphics, posts, captions, reels, and short-form videos.
- Visiting the manufacturing facility to capture authentic photos and videos for social media.
- Coordinating with internal teams to gather product information, achievements, and company updates.
- Monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and messages where appropriate.
- Tracking campaign performance, engagement, and analytics to optimize future content.
- Keeping up with social media trends to identify new content opportunities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong social media marketing skills, including platform management and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess social media content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging visual and written content.
- Candidates should possess digital marketing and marketing skills to integrate social media with broader marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for online engagement and internal collaboration.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and basic reporting on campaign performance.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity AI, and other generative AI platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in B2B, manufacturing, industrial products, plastics, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong portfolios or relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
