As part of the Social Media Management Team at Gripping Project, you will play a pivotal role in building, managing, and optimising the digital presence of our clients. This role demands a balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure consistent brand growth, community engagement, and client satisfaction across all social platforms.
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram. The employee will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and curating content, optimizing social media accounts (SMO), and engaging with the audience across various platforms. They will work closely with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness in social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business.
- Plan and maintain content strategy, structured content calendars and grids for each brand.
- Manage response and community engagement across all social channels.
- Oversee content delivery timelines, ensuring client satisfaction and campaign consistency.
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Meta Ads, audience targeting, and campaign management.
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance of paid campaigns.
- Research and analyse content trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates.
- Develop and refine content approaches based on current social media behavior and audience insights.
- Track engagement patterns to identify new opportunities for organic growth and virality.
- Use analytics tools to measure performance across platforms. Prepare reports and actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI. Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools. Stay updated on emerging tools, platform changes, and evolving social media best practices.
- Contribute ideas for campaign themes, digital activations, and brand experiences. Creativity and ability to generate engaging content
- Strong understanding of tools including google sheets, google docs, google calendar, google drive, and Canva
Qualifications & Skill Set
- Degree, diploma, or full-time certification in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Hands-on experience in social media management or marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, analytics, and digital trends.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, campaign reporting, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Gurugram
- Experience in creative or branding agencies is a plus
