Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation, brand visibility, and audience engagement.
• Plan and run organic and paid campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X to generate qualified leads.
• Coordinate with designers, content teams, agencies, or other stakeholders to ensure creatives are aligned with campaign objectives and target audience expectations.
• Drive the creative direction and campaign messaging, ensuring that prospects/customer segments are reflected in communication strategy, without being responsible for designing creatives personally.
• Build and optimize PPC campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn with a strong focus on cost efficiency, conversion quality, and ROI.
• Create campaign briefs, define communication angles, and guide creative development based on business priorities and market insights.
• Track and analyze campaign performance including reach, engagement, CTR, CPL, lead quality, and conversions.
• Generate periodic reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and lead funnel performance.
• Manage audience interactions, inbound queries, and social media engagement in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms and campaign assets.
• Conduct market research on competitors, trends, customer behavior, and content performance to refine campaign strategy.
• Work closely with sales and business teams to ensure social media efforts contribute meaningfully to pipeline creation and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Digital Lead Generation.
• Proven experience in running lead generation campaigns through social and paid media channels.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X from a business growth perspective. • Experience in Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
• Strong content sense and copywriting ability for campaign messaging, ad copies, and social communication.
• Ability to create clear campaign briefs and work with creative/design teams effectively.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and improve campaign outcomes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of B2B lead generation and digital buyer journeys.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, landing page coordination, and lead funnel tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and broader digital marketing strategy.
• Exposure to influencer marketing, partnerships, or strategic collaborations.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Creative and strategic thinking with strong commercial understanding.
