Born out of frustration with noisy, trend-led skincare, Xfused is a modern skincare brand built on logic, restraint, and long-term thinking. We don’t chase hype. We don’t shout online. What you’ll do
Own Xfused’s social media presence (Instagram-first)
Plan, shoot, and appear in short-form video content (Reels)
👉 Yes, this role requires being on camera
Create content that feels clear, confident, and human — not influencer-y or salesy
Write captions that sound like a smart friend, not a brand manual
Manage daily posting, engagement, and brand DMs
Help build content series, launches, and campaigns from the ground up
Collaborate with creators and influencers aligned with our logic-led philosophy
Track performance, learn what’s working, and improve consistently
Be involved in the real process of building a D2C brand — strategy, execution, and learning
This is a builder role, not a scheduler role.
