Social Media Marketing Associate
Freshers Welcome | 0–2 Years Experience

What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the team to build OneIoT’s digital presence from the ground up.
This is not a “post once a day and log off” role.
You’ll experiment, create, learn, ship, improve, and grow with us.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Managing and growing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other platforms
- Creating engaging posts, carousels, memes, reels, short-form videos, and tech-focused storytelling content
- Turning complex AI/IoT concepts into content people actually want to read
- Assisting in founder branding and thought leadership content
- Covering company events, expos, launches, demos, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Designing creatives using tools like Canva/Figma and basic editing tools
- Writing captions, hooks, scripts, and copy that don’t sound robotic
- Experimenting with AI tools for content creation, research, automation, and ideation
- Tracking engagement metrics and understanding what performs (and what flops)
- Supporting campaigns, product launches, employer branding, and recruitment marketing
- Staying updated with trends, internet culture, startup branding, and B2B tech marketing
Who You Are
You might be a fresher.
You might have 1–2 years of experience.
Either way, we care more about mindset than titles.
You’ll probably do well here if you:
- Are naturally creative and internet-savvy
- Understand how content works on different platforms
- Can think beyond “corporate posting”
- Have strong written English and communication skills
- Are curious about AI, startups, and emerging technology
- Can take ownership without waiting for constant instructions
- Enjoy experimenting and learning quickly
- Have a portfolio, sample work, internships, freelance projects, college projects, or personal content pages to show
Preferred Skills
You don’t need to know everything, but familiarity with some of these helps:
- Canva
- CapCut
- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite (basic)
- ChatGPT and AI content tools
- LinkedIn content creation
- Short-form video editing
- Basic analytics and social media insights
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
- Candidates with 1–2 years of social media/content experience are welcome
- Engineering students with strong creative skills and marketing interest can also apply
