Role: Social Media Marketer / Social Media Growth Manager
Location : Chennai
Compensation : 4 to 7 LPA + Performance Incentives
Experience : 1 to 6 Years / Proven Social Media Growth Experience

Mandatory Requirement:-
The candidate must satisfy at least one of the following platform benchmarks:
- X / Twitter : 500+ followers / subscribers
- YouTube : 10,000+ subscribers
- Instagram : 25,000+ followers
- LinkedIn : 5,000+ followers
Applicants must be able to demonstrate proof of social media growth, page management, content performance, campaign execution, audience building, engagement, or analytics.
Candidates who do not meet at least one of the above platform benchmarks will not be considered for this role.
Role Overview:-
We are building a next-generation AI research and technology company focused on developing foundational AI systems.
- This role sits at the intersection of social media growth, creator-led marketing, deep-tech communication, brand positioning, and digital distribution.
- The selected candidate will work closely with leadership, research, engineering, hiring, and business teams to understand BluBridge's deep-tech products, research work, company direction, hiring campaigns, founder communication, and internal initiatives.
- The candidate will then be responsible for converting those inputs into strong social media campaigns across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Medium, and other relevant platforms.
- We are not looking for someone who only knows how to post captions or manage a content calendar. We are looking for someone who has already built attention on social media and can use that ability to market deep tech products/systems, research initiatives, and BluBridge's public brand.
- The candidate must understand how to create content that gets attention, builds trust, improves reach, and positions BluBridge as a serious AI research and engineering company.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for BluBridge's deep-tech products, research work, hiring initiatives, founder communication, company milestones, and business initiatives.
- Build platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Medium, and other relevant channels.
- Use proven social media growth experience to improve reach, engagement, visibility, follower quality, and brand recall.
- Create campaigns that are not just visually attractive, but strategically useful for brand building, hiring, business development, ecosystem visibility, and company positioning.
- Take BluBridge's Deep learning products/systems, research outputs, AI systems, infrastructure work, hiring campaigns, and business initiatives and convert them into public-facing social media content.
- Develop content formats such as LinkedIn posts, X/Twitter threads, Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, YouTube long-form concepts, founder posts, product explainers, research announcement posts, hiring campaign content, event and culture content, carousel content, and short video scripts.
- The candidate must be able to market deep technology without making it look generic, exaggerated, or shallow.
- Help position BluBridge as a serious AI research and engineering company.
- Build content that communicates technical depth, research direction, company ambition, hiring quality, product capability, and long-term technology vision.
- Maintain a sharp, credible, intelligent, and globally relevant voice across all platforms.
- Avoid random viral content, copied trends, low-quality captions, generic festival posts, weak motivational content, and surface-level digital marketing language.
- Take ownership of BluBridge's social media growth across major platforms, including content planning, content creation direction, posting discipline, engagement strategy, audience development, analytics tracking, campaign reporting, competitor observation, and platform-specific improvement plans.
- The candidate should understand that LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram each require different content logic.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, leadership, and internal teams to execute high-quality content.
- Provide clear creative direction for reels, shorts, thumbnails, carousels, posters, research visuals, founder clips, hiring creatives, event coverage, YouTube formats, and campaign assets.
- The candidate should not merely forward instructions. They must be able to judge whether the content will work on a platform.

- Experience in founder branding or company page growth
- Proven Ability to write hooks, scripts, captions, threads, and posts independently
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, deep tech, or willingness to learn seriously
- Experience with video content planning, thumbnails, reels, shorts, and YouTube strategy
- Experience in building campaigns for product launches, hiring, events, research announcements, or business visibility
