Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a social media strategy to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content accordingly.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Create, curate, and manage content across social media platforms.
- Develop a content calendar for consistent posting.
- Collaborate with the design team on visuals and videos.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Foster community and engage with followers.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Adjust strategies based on data.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to support enrolment goals.
- Manage budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to highlight student success stories, events, and news.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a social media marketer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
