Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: On-site in Gurugram (No Hybrid or WFH)
Experience: 0-1 Yrs (Fresher are also Eligible)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and post engaging content across social media platforms.
• Post and manage content on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Research and incorporate trending topics to maximize reach and engagement.
•Experiment with different formats, styles, and viral strategies.
•Track performance and optimize content for better engagement
• Monitor analytics and engagement to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new marketing initiatives
• Collaborate on campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Engage with our audience respond to messages, build relationships, and maintain our online community
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach and engagement
• Work closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns
What You Bring:
• 0-1 year of experience in social media
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong camera presence and practical experience in facing the camera
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva
• Understanding of trends, audience behavior, and content strategy
• Comfortable featuring yourself in content.
