Role Description The Social Media Manager (IG and YouTube Specialist) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content for Instagram and YouTube, including short-form videos, posts, stories, and community updates. The Social Media Manager will manage daily channel operations, optimize content for reach and engagement, monitor analytics, and adjust strategies based on performance data. The role also includes collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to align content with campaigns, responding to audience comments and queries, and staying current with platform trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with a focus on Instagram and YouTube.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy tailored to nursing and healthcare audiences.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and accurate content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience creating video-first content (shorts, reels, educational clips) is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience managing brand channels or communities, ideally in edtech, healthcare, or career-focused platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
