We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee company social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy.
Create engaging posts, captions, and campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to keep content relevant.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management (SMM).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
