Role Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our Skin Brand team on a part-time basis. In this on-site position, located in Gurgaon, you will manage and grow the brand's social media presence. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and curating content, optimizing social media channels, developing and implementing social media campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to build meaningful connections with our audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization techniques
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies tailored to various social media platforms
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and provide insights for campaign improvement
- Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands, ideally in fashion or skincare, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for social media trends and an understanding of platform algorithms
