Role Overview:
As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you will manage end-to-end project execution—developing concepts, coordinating teams, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on time while staying within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and project guidelines
- Manage teams of animators, scriptwriters, voice artists, and designers
- Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output
- Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation
- Act as the bridge between clients and creators
- Provide feedback and maintain creative standards
Requirements:
- 8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in Social Media/Digital Marketing (SMM/DM)
- Strong understanding of video production and animation workflows
- Excellent communication, team management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to review, critique, and refine creative output
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

Compensation:
