About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that organic growth is not about posting consistently — it’s about creating the right content, for the right audience, and distributing it strategically.
You will be responsible for building and scaling founder-led brands across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter (X) using organic strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute content strategies across:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- YouTube (Shorts + Long-form basics)
- Twitter (X)
- Create and manage weekly & monthly content calendars
- Adapt content for each platform (same idea → different execution)
2. Organic Growth & Audience Building
Drive:
Relevant follower growth
Identify high-performing content formats, hooks, and themes
Continuously optimize content based on performance insights
3. Content Distribution
- Ensure content goes beyond posting:
- Engagement strategies (comments, conversations)
- Cross-platform repurposing
- Network and collaboration opportunities
4. Founder-Led Content Management
Work closely with founders to:
- Extract ideas and insights
- Maintain a consistent personal brand voice
- Convert raw inputs (notes, calls, voice notes) into structured content
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms
- Share insights and recommendations for improvement
- Make data-backed decisions to improve reach and engagement
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of organic growth across:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- YouTube
- Twitter (X)
- Knowledge of content formats, hooks, and audience psychology
- Ability to think strategically and execute consistently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Experience Required
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Proven track record of growing accounts organically
- Experience working with personal brands or business accounts
Good to Have
- Experience with founder-led or B2B brands
- Basic understanding of content funnels and lead generation
- Familiarity with content repurposing frameworks
