Key Responsibilities
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Social Media Executives/Associates handling individual platforms
● Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team
● Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
● Collaborate with regional and central stakeholders to align social media initiatives with business priorities Strategy & Channel Ownership
● Own the end-to-end organic social media strategy for YouTube and Instagram
● Define channel-level roadmaps to drive reach, engagement, retention, and conversions
● Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and content quality across platforms
● Identify growth opportunities using trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, and audience insights Organic Lead Generation & Business Impact
● Drive qualified organic leads through structured content planning and funnel-led strategies
● Optimize video metadata, posting cadence, and content formats for discoverability and retention ● Design and manage audience nurturing and automation workflows using tools like Manychat
● Align organic growth initiatives with broader marketing and revenue goals Performance, Analytics & Optimization
● Track, analyze, and review KPIs including engagement, follower growth, watch time, lead conversion, and ROI
● Present insights, performance reports, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
● Continuously refine strategies based on data, experiments, and platform algorithm changes Community & Brand Building
● Oversee proactive community engagement to build trust, loyalty, and advocacy
● Ensure timely, on-brand responses and meaningful interactions across platforms
