💼 What You’ll Do:
* Create and execute end-to-end social media content across platforms
* Manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and platform activity
* Drive audience growth through consistent, high-quality content
* Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns
* Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, creative ideas
* Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams
📲 Platforms You’ll Manage:
* Meta (Instagram & Facebook)
* Threads
* YouTube
* LinkedIn
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management
* Strong content creation skills (copy + visual understanding)
* Deep understanding of platform trends and formats
* Creative thinker with a strong execution mindset
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
✨ Bonus Points:
* Experience in healthcare or agency environment
* Knowledge of paid ads & influencer collaborations
* Basic understanding of design/video tools
