Next Step HR is hiring a Social Media Manager for a Digital Entertainment & Full cycle Media company based in Andheri, Mumbai.
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who instinctively understands what works on the internet. Someone who doesn’t just follow trends, but spots them early, shapes them, and makes them perform.
You’ll be managing multiple high-impact IPs in the creator ecosystem, building content that people don’t just scroll past—but save, share, and talk about.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow multiple social media handles (IP-led + agency-style pages)
- Conceptualise and execute high-performing short-form content (Reels, Shorts, memes, carousels)
- Plan and maintain dynamic content calendars
- Identify and leverage trends early—adapting them to brand voice
- Drive engagement, reach, and overall platform performance
- Post, monitor, analyse, and optimise content regularly
- Actively engage with the audience and build community
- Collaborate closely with creative, design, and video teams
- Contribute to culture-led content, POVs, and showcase work across platforms
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing multiple social media accounts
- Background in agency, digital, or content-first brands
- Strong understanding of Gen-Z culture, internet behavior, and trends
- Deep knowledge of Instagram & YouTube algorithms
- A fast-moving, creative + strategic mindset
- Experience working on youth, creator, or pop-culture-driven brands
- Someone who’s chronically online (in the best way possible)
