Key Responsibilities

- Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor social media trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Use analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve campaign objectives.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach and partnerships.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and features, exploring new avenues for reaching our target audience.
