A fast-growing organisation in the Technology and Digital Marketing sector, delivering software-enabled marketing solutions and data-driven social campaigns for B2B and B2C brands. We operate across content, performance, and community channels to drive measurable audience growth and engagement. Primary title: Social Media Intern (best-performing standard title).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support content production: write captions, storyboard short-form video, and produce static graphics using Canva for social channels.
- Maintain the content calendar and schedule posts across Instagram and Facebook using Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
- Monitor social channels daily—respond to comments and DMs, moderate community interactions, and escalate issues to the team.
- Track channel performance using platform insights and Google Analytics; compile weekly reports and recommend optimisation actions.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to surface content ideas and A/B test creative approaches and posting times.
- Support influencer and creator coordination—manage briefs, asset delivery, and campaign tracking for organic collaborations.
