Social Media Manager Intern

As we continue expanding our digital presence, we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast-moving individual to join our content operations team. If you enjoy social media, understand internet culture, and can handle large-scale content scheduling without losing track of details, this role may be for you.
What You'll Do:
- Upload, schedule, and manage 100-200 videos daily across multiple social platforms
- Schedule content using social media scheduling tools and automation software
- Manage multiple provided social media accounts and maintain organized workflows
- Ensure videos are uploaded correctly with proper captions, descriptions, hashtags, and scheduling times
- Monitor scheduled content to identify upload failures or account issues
- Organize content libraries and maintain structured workflows for large volumes of media
- Coordinate with the team regarding content distribution strategies and posting schedules
- Follow platform guidelines and maintain account quality standards
What You Have:
- Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive operational tasks accurately
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer setup
- Ability to work independently and meet daily volume targets
- Experience with scheduling software, automation tools, or social media management tools is preferred
- Previous content uploading, virtual assistant, or social media management experience is considered an asset
Technical Skills Preferred:
- Social Media Scheduling Tools
- Basic Spreadsheet Management (Google Sheets / Excel)
- File Organization Skills
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit ecosystems
- Basic troubleshooting skills

Compensation:
