Key Responsibilities

• Content strategy & planning:
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals
• Plan content across weddings (real work), reels (trending + emotional + cinematic), behind-the-scenes, testimonials, and educational/storytelling content
• Ensure premium, editorial-style brand positioning
• Instagram & reels execution:
• Create and manage high-performing reels (trending + original concepts)
• Work closely with editors to select the right footage, maintain pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact
• Ensure consistency in posting and content quality
• Lead generation & conversion:
• Drive inbound leads via Instagram
• Optimize Bio, highlights, captions, CTAs
• Manage DM responses and initial client interaction
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion
• Content direction & shoot involvement:
• Guide teams on what to shoot for social media during weddings, and reels-specific content during live events
• Be involved in conceptualizing content on-ground when required
• Brand building:
• Maintain a consistent premium tone, visual style, and storytelling
• Ensure all content aligns with luxury wedding positioning
• Build a distinct identity vs competitors
• Performance tracking:
• Track and improve engagement rate, reach & impressions, follower growth, and lead generation
• Identify what content works and scale it
• Trend & competitor analysis:
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, wedding industry trends, and competitor strategies
• Quickly adapt and execute relevant trends
