We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content planning, audience engagement, and brand communication across digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and current trends
- Monitor social media performance and generate insights through analytics tools
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community management
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of reels, short-form content, and trending formats
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Location
- Preferably candidates from Delhi NCR
- Office based in Gurugram, Haryana
