We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (1–2 Years Experience)
Are you passionate about creating engaging content, building online communities, and driving brand growth through social media? We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team and take our digital presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create and execute content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, write, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Support brand-building initiatives and enhance the company's online presence.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of content creation, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and other social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and storytelling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and executive branding.
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.
- Understanding of video content, reels, and short-form content strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
