Role Overview:

As a Freelance Social Media Manager, you will manage end-to-end project execution—developing concepts, coordinating teams, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on time while staying within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and project guidelines
• Manage teams of animators, scriptwriters, voice artists, and designers
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality output
• Monitor budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Act as the bridge between clients and creators
• Provide feedback and maintain creative standards

Requirements:

• 8+ years of total experience, with 4+ years in Social Media/Digital Marketing (SMM/DM)
• Strong understanding of video production and animation workflows
• Excellent communication, team management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to review, critique, and refine creative output
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
