We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Finance Content & Influencer Campaign Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of high-impact financial content campaigns on Meta . This role is centered around content management, influencer collaboration, production coordination, and campaign execution.
You will be the owner of the entire content lifecycle: from scriptwriting and influencer onboarding to tracking production timelines and launching performance-driven Meta ads. The ideal candidate blends strong writing skills, Basic finance literacy, and operational excellence in managing fast-paced creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management & Script Writing
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned scripts for short-form video content
- Develop educational and relatable finance content around stocks, investing, personal finance, and market trends
- Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and accessible to general audiences
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and tone
Influencer & Model Coordination
- Identify, vet, and onboard finance-savvy influencers and models who align with brand values
- Create detailed briefs outlining campaign goals, key messages, deliverables, and timelines
- Manage contracts, payments, and communication across multiple creators
- Maintain an up-to-date influencer database and relationship tracker
Production Tracking & Oversight
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Track progress of every video from concept → script → filming → editing → approval → publishing
- Use project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Trello) to maintain visibility across all assets
- Conduct quality checks before final upload to ensure consistency and brand alignment
Meta Ad Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns using approved creatives and copy
- Set up targeting, budgeting, and scheduling within Meta Ads Manager
- Monitor campaign status and ensure all ads go live on time
- Work closely with marketing team to adjust campaigns based on feedback or timing
Process Ownership & Communication
- Own the full content workflow from ideation to post-launch
- Act as the central point of contact between content creators, editors, influencers, and stakeholders
- Run weekly syncs to track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and prevent delays
- Proactively communicate risks, changes, or roadblocks to leadership
Required Qualifications
Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to write compelling, concise, and informative scripts for social media videos
Basic Finance Knowledge: Understanding of stock markets, investing basics, financial products, and economic trends
Content Management Experience: 2+ years in managing content calendars, workflows, or creative production pipelines
Influencer Collaboration: Proven experience working with influencers, models, or UGC creators
Production Coordination: Hands-on experience tracking video production timelines and managing deliverables
Meta Ads Familiarity: Comfortable using Meta Ads Manager to launch and monitor campaigns (no need for advanced analytics)
Organizational Excellence: Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Immediate Availability: Ready to join within 1–2 weeks
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in finance, economics, or business (degree or work experience)
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or B2C digital marketing
- Familiarity with AI tools for scripting, voiceovers, or video editing (e.g., ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, Pictory)
- Portfolio of past scripts, campaigns, or influencer collaborations
- Proficiency with project management tools (Notion, Airtable, Asana)
