We are looking for a high-performing Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our digital presence across multiple platforms and drive real engagement, branding, and lead generation.
This is a serious role for serious candidates only — not for beginners or casual freelancers.
About the Role
You will be managing two fast-growing businesses in the education and migration space, responsible for creating, managing, and scaling content across all major platforms.

Consistent content → Strong branding → High-quality leads
Platforms You Will Manage
- Instagram (Posts, Reels, Stories – daily activity)
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- TikTok
- YouTube (Shorts + Long-form content)
- Google Business Profile (updates & engagement)
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Plan and execute daily content across all platforms
- Ensure consistent activity (posts + stories + engagement)
- Create high-quality reels, shorts, and videos
Video Editing & Creative Direction
- Edit videos with professional effects, transitions, captions, hooks
- Understand attention retention strategies
- Turn raw footage into high-converting content
AI-Driven Content Creation
- Use AI tools to:
- Generate content ideas
- Write captions and scripts
- Improve efficiency and output quality
Lead Generation Focus
- Create hook-based content that converts viewers into leads
- Understand audience psychology and platform algorithms
- Optimise content for engagement and enquiries
Strategy & Growth
- Maintain content calendars
- Analyse performance and improve strategy
- Stay updated with trends and implement quickly

- ✅ Working in Australian Standard Time (9 AM – 7/8 PM Sydney time)

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in:
- Education / Migration sector marketing (MANDATORY)
- Strong skills in:
- Video editing (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Content strategy & storytelling
- Hook creation & audience engagement
- Knowledge of:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) (advantage)
- Highly organised, disciplined, and detail-oriented
