Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager position based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, managing all social media platforms, and creating engaging content tailored to diverse audiences. Additional responsibilities include tracking performance analytics, optimizing campaigns using Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, and collaborating with the content and communication teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling posts and messages
- Experience in designing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze engagement metrics and optimize content for performance
- Proficient in using social media management tools and related software
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and innovative ideas
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
