The role involves turning podcasts and raw content into high-performing social media content across YouTube, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy
- Research viral trends in Web3 and creator ecosystem
- Plan content strategy and content calendar
- Create engaging hooks, titles, and storytelling structures
Content Execution
- Repurpose podcasts into short-form and long-form content
- Ensure consistent publishing across all platforms
- Coordinate with editors and designers
Growth & Distribution
- Manage content distribution across social platforms
- Optimize content for reach, engagement, and growth
- Track analytics and improve content performance
Requirements
- Experience in Social Media / Content Strategy
- Strong understanding of Web3 & Crypto ecosystem
- Strong storytelling and scripting skills
- Understanding of viral content patterns
