Role Description
This is a full-time remote role. As a Social Media Manager / Content Creator, you will oversee Kalcend’s social media presence by developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for various platforms, and analyzing performance. You will also collaborate closely with teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging, while engaging with the online community to build brand awareness and encourage audience interaction.
What you'll be doing:
- Planning and creating content across all platforms
- Writing captions and copy that feel human, not corporate
- Shooting and editing Reels, Shorts, and TikToks
- Designing static posts and carousels
- Keeping up with trends and adapting them for Kalcend's brand
- Tracking what's working and doing more of it
Who we're looking for:
- Someone who's created content they're genuinely proud of , whether for a brand, a client, or their own page
- Comfortable writing, designing, and editing video
- Good eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- Familiar with how SaaS or tech products communicate on social media
- Self-driven, you don't wait to be told what to post
