We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join our team and spearhead the social media strategy for our clients. If you have a knack for driving engagement, managing client relationships, and delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management:

• Manage 4-5 client accounts, supported by an intern.

2. Engagement and Traction:

• Improve engagement rates and drive meaningful traction for all client accounts.

3. Follower Growth:

• Ensure consistent and visible follower growth across all accounts.

4. Analytics and Strategy:

• Analyze account performance and provide actionable suggestions to optimize engagement and results.

5. Instagram Boosting:

• Manage Instagram boosts via the app; Meta platform boosts will be supported by the Meta team.

6. Content Execution:

• Ensure timely execution of scheduled posts and stories as per the content calendar.

7. Monthly Reporting:

• Create and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports for all client accounts.

8. Client Communication:

• Maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication with clients.

9. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to contribute to high-quality content creation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency setup.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram, and their analytics tools.

• Creative mindset with the ability to strategize and execute engaging campaigns.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Hands-on experience with boosting campaigns and performance optimization.
