Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Social Media Manager will oversee and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating dynamic content, designing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing social media profiles (SMO), managing brand communication across platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. The role will also involve staying updated on the latest social media trends and adapting those insights for impactful campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) tools and strategies.
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for creating engaging content and building audience connections.
- Experience in Content Strategy, including planning and aligning social media content with brand goals.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and best practices.
- Relevant work experience in managing social media for brands or organizations is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
