Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing creative social media strategies. Key tasks include creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media performance, engaging with audiences, and monitoring analytics to track and improve engagement and growth. The individual will work closely with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and message delivery across platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Proficiency in developing and executing Content Strategies for diverse platforms
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, industry trends, and algorithm updates for data-driven decision-making
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
- Experience with social media tools and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and scheduling tools
- Creativity and adaptability to stay relevant in changing trends
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
