Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and foster online engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and curating engaging content, managing and optimizing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating across departments to align digital communication goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Capability to craft and execute effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize performance
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools for social media platforms
- Strategic and creative thinking with attention to trends and user engagement
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in social media management or similar roles is a plus
