Job Title: Social Media Manager

Role Overview
This isn’t just posting content. You’ll be owning how a brand shows up online, from strategy to execution to performance. The goal is simple: grow attention, drive engagement, and turn that into real business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and trends
- Work closely with designers, videographers, and performance teams to produce content that performs
- Write captions, hooks, and content briefs that drive engagement
- Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions to build community
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, leads) and optimize accordingly
- Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to stay ahead
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and content rollouts
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formats
- Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign execution
- Ability to analyze performance and turn insights into action
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Nice to Have
- Experience running or supporting paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
- Influencer marketing experience
- Basic design or video editing knowledge
- Experience handling multiple brands or accounts
