Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to develop, manage, and grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning, creativity, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive engagement and generate quality leads through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Develop engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Write compelling captions and coordinate with the design and video editing teams.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.
- Monitor trends and create relevant content to increase reach and engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
- Run and optimize social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with content planning, copywriting, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
