Role: Social Media Manager
Bengaluru (On-site) | Experience - 5+ years | Immediate Joiner | 9-10 LPA
About the Role
We've been interviewing. The seat is still empty - not because we gave up, but because we refused to settle. We're looking for a creative mind who doesn't just manage social media but owns it. Someone who thinks in content, moves fast, and leads with instinct backed by data.
What You'll Own
- Social media strategy, planning, and execution across platforms
- Content creation - ideation, scripting, and working with the creative team
- Influencer marketing - identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships
- Trend spotting and translating insights into content opportunities
- Managing a small creative team - interns, a photographer, and a designer
- Performance marketing (good to have, not mandatory)
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital/social media marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video
- Creative thinker who can also read analytics and adapt
- Natural leader - someone who can manage a team without micromanaging
- Immediate availability to join
