Role Description
The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of social media strategies to enhance the brand’s online presence. Key responsibilities include creating and managing content for various social media platforms, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and implementing targeted campaigns to drive user interaction. The role also involves monitoring social media trends, analyzing metrics, and adjusting strategies to achieve campaign goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
- Analytical skills to measure and enhance performance metrics
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in the internet services or telecommunications sectors is a plus
