About Us
Woof & Cook is a clean dog food brand based in Bengaluru, on a mission to make real, nutritious meals accessible to every dog in India. Founded by a team passionate about animal welfare, we work closely with veterinary collaborators and rescue partners like CARE and Mylos Rescue to bring better food and better outcomes to dogs across the country. We're a small, fast-moving startup team where everyone (even interns) get real ownership. Your work will impact real pet parents, not be buried in a drawer.
About the Role
Join our brand team as a Social Media Manager and help shape how Woof & Cook shows up online. You'll create content, manage our community across Instagram and Facebook, and work directly with our social media lead and influencer partners to grow our presence among pet parents.
What You'll Do
- Social Media Content Creation: designing, shooting and editing posts and reels across Instagram and Facebook, helping bring our brand voice and dog-first storytelling to life.
- Community & Customer Engagement Manage day-to-day DMs and comments, respond to pet parent queries, and help build a warm, responsive community around the Woof & Cook brand.
- Influencer & Ambassador Coordination Support coordination with influencers and brand ambassadors — from outreach and scheduling to tracking content delivery and engagement.
- Creative Ideation & Strategy Bring fresh ideas to the table for content series, campaigns, and community initiatives through brainstorming and close collaboration with the team.
- Administrative & Operational Support Help maintain content calendars, track engagement metrics, and coordinate communications to keep the social and community function running smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Basic proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent) and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent), with a strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Good command of English, spoken and written, to communicate effectively with customers, influencers, and the internal team.
- A genuine interest in pets/animal welfare is a strong plus.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong time management, and the ability to deliver on deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
