Role Description
Social Media Manager
- Platform expertise (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook).
- Content strategy and calendar planning.
- Copywriting that aligns with brand tone and drives engagement.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and insights tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
- Paid ads understanding (not execution-level but strategy-level awareness).
Experience
- 2-3 years handling social accounts for brands or agencies.
- Proven record of growing accounts and improving engagement/lead generation.
- Experience in multiple content formats—reels, carousels, stories, polls, newsletters.
Creative & Strategic Thinking
- Knows how to craft campaigns around product launches, events, or seasonal trends.
- Familiar with growth tactics (hashtags, collaborations, influencer tie-ups, community building).
- Trend spotting and adapting quickly to new platform features.
Team & Workflow
- Ability to work with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to execute campaigns.
- Comfortable briefing creative teams and ensuring brand consistency.
- Strong project management and multitasking ability.
