About the Role
Wildpunch Design is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of KNK Salon, one of Lucknow's growing beauty and aesthetics brands.
We are looking for someone who understands the beauty, skincare, aesthetics, cosmetology, and luxury salon industry, stays updated with the latest social media trends, and can build engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create content calendars with planned campaigns, festive promotions, product launches, treatment awareness, and seasonal marketing.
- Build engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute launch campaigns for new services, treatments, offers, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and salon professionals to create high-quality content.
- Manage daily posting schedules, stories, reels, carousels, and community engagement.
- Write compelling captions, CTAs, and campaign copies that increase engagement and conversions.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging beauty marketing strategies.
- Develop influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Identify viral trends and adapt them to suit the KNK Salon brand.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to achieve business growth objectives.
- Ensure consistent branding and communication across all digital platforms.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the beauty, salon, skincare, aesthetics, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.
- Experience in planning high-performing content strategies for premium or luxury brands.
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetology, dermatology, and aesthetic treatments.
- Ability to create content that increases reach, engagement, inquiries, and customer bookings.
- Experience working with content creators, influencers, and production teams.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent planning, communication, and project management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Creative thinking with attention to visual aesthetics and brand consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing salon, skincare, aesthetic clinic, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and the latest content creation technologies.
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Experience in campaign launches, promotional planning, and digital brand-building.
- Basic understanding of paid social media campaigns is an added advantage.
