Whizz HR is hiring for Social Media Marketing Manager in Delhi :
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing goals
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create content calendars and oversee content production with design & copy teams
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns in coordination with performance teams
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and present monthly reports to clients
- Handle client communication, feedback, and campaign approvals
- Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media, and account management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media management (agency preferred)
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content formats
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brands and tight deadlines
