Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in New Delhi with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across various platforms. Day-to-day activities include creating and managing content calendars, developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for organic reach, analyzing metrics, and engaging with the online community to foster relationships with customers and brand advocates. Collaborating closely with the creative, marketing, and product teams, this role ensures alignment with the brand’s aesthetic and voice while staying ahead of trends within the fashion industry.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Proficiency in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies tailored for diverse social platforms
- Exceptional Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging and compelling content
- Proven ability to analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Experience in managing and growing audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others
- Creative flair for visual storytelling and a keen eye for aesthetics aligned with the brand
- Strong project management abilities and familiarity with social media management tools
- Knowledge of the fashion industry or interest in contemporary women’s fashion is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a closely related field
