Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Social Media Manager for our on-site team in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Social Media Manager will oversee strategy creation, implementation, and management of our online presence across diverse platforms. Responsibilities include developing content plans, executing social media campaigns, optimizing engagement through SMO techniques, creating compelling written content, and ensuring effective communication with audience segments. This role will play a critical part in enhancing our brand visibility and driving engagement with our targeted audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and clear messages
- Expertise in Content Strategy and planning for targeted campaigns
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
- Experience using analytics tools to track and measure performance
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team
- Previous experience in similar roles and familiarity with the Kolkata market is a plus
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields is preferred
