Job Title: Social Media Manager (5+ Years Experience)

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and highly creative Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our social media presence. This role requires someone who can not only manage content but also strategically plan and execute campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms end-to-end
- Plan, create, and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Plan and execute social media campaigns (launches, seasonal, performance-driven, etc.)
- Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads, etc.)
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with trends and implement them effectively
- Handle community management (comments, DMs, engagement)
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and performance teams
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of content strategy, algorithms & analytics
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
