Job Summary
Vogueshaire Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s digital presence, with a strong focus on Instagram marketing, reels creation, run campaigns and Influencer based marketing for wedding. The ideal candidate should be creative, field-ready, and capable of handling end-to-end social media activities including content creation, video editing, and Sponsorship and Write campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle the company’s Instagram page including content planning, posting, engagement, and growth.
- Create high-quality Instagram reels using available raw footage and on-ground content.
- Visit wedding venues and field locations to capture real-time content and create reels during wedding shoots.
- Edit videos suitable for social media platforms with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
- Plan and execute internet marketing and digital content strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Use Meta Business Suite for posting, scheduling, insights tracking, and basic ad management.
- Coordinate with the creative, production, and marketing teams to align content with brand objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Instagram marketing and reel creation.
- Excellent video editing skills for social media content.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite.
- Good understanding of internet marketing and social media algorithms.
- Willingness to travel for field work and wedding shoots.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in wedding, fashion, lifestyle, or creative industry
- Knowledge of paid ads and influencer collaborations
- Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting tools
