Role Description
The Social Media Manager will oversee and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement across platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and scheduling content, monitoring analytics, and optimizing social media campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane, requiring proactive interaction with the team to develop and execute results-oriented social media plans. The role involves staying updated on industry trends and using insights to drive performance results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to create engaging and brand-aligned content for diverse audiences.
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive Content Strategies that align with marketing objectives and target audience needs.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media performance metrics and refine strategies for optimal results.
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in digital media or advertising.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for social media trends and innovation.
- Freshers with internship experience are welcomed
