Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing platforms, and creating engaging content. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting compelling posts, analyzing social media performance, overseeing content calendars, and fostering meaningful engagement across channels. You will collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive messaging and impactful brand presence on social platforms.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for crafting engaging and audience-focused content
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategy
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and enhance social media performance
- Ability to stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Collaborative mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in managing social media platforms for a brand is a plus
