🚀 We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager who understands design basics, social media posting, Meta Ads, and Etsy marketing.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Manage and post content across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan and execute social media content calendars
Create or coordinate basic social media designs
Run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
Handle Etsy marketing, including product listings, SEO, promotions, and growth strategies
Monitor analytics, track performance, and improve engagement & conversions
Stay updated with latest social media and advertising trends
🎯 Requirements
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva / Photoshop / Figma – any)
Experience in social media management & posting
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of Etsy store marketing & optimization
Good communication and content planning skills
Creative mindset with performance focus
⭐ Bonus Skills
Video/Reel editing knowledge
Hashtag strategy & trend research
Basic copywriting skills
📍 Location: Remote / On-site (as per requirement)
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
