Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to improve its online presence. Key responsibilities include creating engaging content, optimizing social media accounts, managing online campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering communication with followers and target audiences to enhance engagement and visibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure performance and inform strategy
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms
- Understanding of industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
